Deck Repair, Cleaning and Sealing

Decks can be repaired, cleaned and re-sealed for a fraction of the cost of replacement.  Grey, discolored wood can be renewed again and sealed for protection against the harsh elements of our climate.  We would be happy to help get your deck back in shape again.

As with all our services, if you are unhappy with the job for any reason we will come back and re-clean it.  If you are still not happy we will refund your money, no questions asked!

Job Example #3

This is an interesting project we completed by repairing rather than replacing a set of steps at a commercial office building on South University in Fargo.  After removing the steps from the building, we discovered a great deal of garbage dumped underneath.

After pulling the steps out, we leveled the area using paving blocks, before replacing the steps.

As you can see, we replaced several rotted boards and reinforced the back near the door to add stability and strength using pressure treated lumber.  A fresh coat of solid colored stain to the steps completed the project, creating a safe set of steps ready for traffic. PS. This job would have cost double if it were to be completely replaced.

This deck was full of mildew, mold and most of the solid colored stain was worn off from traffic.

The same deck after power washing and re-staining. We used a solid colored stain, which covered very well, even on this very dry wood.  Looks just like new again and ready for traffic.
