How we clean ductwork and your heating and cooling system
Rotary Brush Cleaning System: This type of advanced system incorporates a spinning brush that scrubs the air ducts and a vacuum that removes the dirt, dust, and debris the brush scrubs off the duct.
This type of system is popular with residential and light commercial air duct cleaning. The operator usually does not have to cut access into the duct with this method.
After cleaning the ducts, we clean as much of the heating/cooling unit as possible, including replacing filters and hand cleaning coils, switch units and contact points that may collect dust.
Finally, if necessary, a powerful sanitizing unit circulates a non-toxic fog of deodorizer and sanitizing agent in the ducts that kills germs, mold spores, fungus and dust mites.
