In the example below, we cleaned a sun faded deck that had a great deal of spotting that required sanding to remove, as well as smooth out the surface.

After cleaning and sanding, we brushed on a new coat of stain that seals the wood and makes the grain pop out and look like new.

So, in the end, we were able to restore this deck back to like new. And for less than $400!
